Where do I even begin with these two :) I was beyond thrilled when they asked me to photograph their engagement session. These engagement photos fill my heart, and bring tears to my eyes.
This gorgeous bride-to-be and I have been the best of friends from the time we learned to tie our shoes. As little girls, Riley and I spent every waking moment with one another. From barbies to braces, frilly dresses to boy crushes, she was by my side. We were those girls who called one another the night before the first day of grade school, to make sure we could dress as much alike as possible. We begged our parents for sleepovers on weeknights. We created our own dance routines to the all so popular Backstreet Boys, and sang at the top of our lungs to the Spice Girls. From preschool through college, we had to sit in desks side by side. Through the good and the bad, we made it through :) We have photos upon photos of our memories together, and I couldn't be more thankful for each and every one.
It was during those oh-so-easy college days that Riley introduced me to Brandon. From the moment I saw him, I knew he was her dream come true. These love birds now live outside of a tiny little town on Brandon's ranch. If any of you know Riley, you know that is where her heart belongs.
I couldn't be happier for this amazing couple, and cannot wait to stand at Riley's side as she says the famous words, "I do" (and no, not as the photographer!;) ). Congratulations Riley and Brandon! xo
