Shane (my fiancé, how weird is that word by the way?!), has finally fulfilled his lifelong dream of owning his very own boat. Remi and I, being so excited for him, threw our shades on and packed up the cooler. For the first time all together, we headed for Boyd Lake to test it out. One fish, one happy puppy, and a couple sunburns later, we give it our approval. Except I think I'll be switching that fishing pole up for a pair of water skis ;) And for Remi, well we'll just keep feeding the trail mix onboard. Hello spring, and ahoy to many lake days ahead!
