I sat at Spruce Confections on Pearl Street chugging my morning coffee, waiting anxiously for my upcoming session. My heart always races before a session. It's like a crazy mixture of nerves and excitement. But coffee helps. I've found old school rap to do the same, but I won't get into that ;) And I promise you, I was not blasting Nelly along the streets of Boulder. But as soon as I meet my family, all the nerves go out the window and my heart spikes with excitement.

Like right when I saw this adorable family of three come around the corner. My smile had to have stretched across my entire face. They are the cutest, nicest couple with the loveliest little girl. Eva Caroline, you are a gem. Her favorite stuffies tagged along, and definitely made for some giggles.

Together we strolled the streets of Boulder and then made our way to a nearby park. It was like a hidden treasure I had never been to before. I love when family's share with me their favorite locations, it's like Christmas everyday.

Colorado is beautiful. They are beautiful. It's a beautiful thing this life.Thank you, Patterson Family! Can't wait to see you again. xo

Dante | Best Fort Collins Newborn Photographers

Home could be anywhere when I'm holding  you.

This loving family welcomed their newest member into their home on August 23rd, 2016. Meet Dante. He's a happy, calm little babe that smiles most of the time, and makes funny faces when he dreams. He's such a good baby, and so adorable.

I walked into this Fort Collins home and my jaw instantly dropped! A gorgeous home doesn't even begin to describe. It's stunning. And this family knew they just had to have it. They recently moved in, and couldn't feel more at home. It's the perfect place for their never ending love to grow, and to raise their two boys. It's their happy place. It is here that they enjoy watching their favorite movies, snuggling up to one another, and cooking.

I instantly fell head-over-heels for their family, and this sweet kind hearted mama. She's so lovely, and so happy to be 'mom'.  Dad couldn't be more proud of his boys. And older brother, he was relatively quiet, but you could see the happiness in his big brown eyes. Grandma Lola even shared her lovely presence  for our session, she has a heart of gold. They have so much love for their newest member, and I am so lucky to have been given the opportunity to document such joy. xo
